Meet Arnold Harvey. He’s just your everyday, waste collection driver who for more than 24 years has worked at Waste Management’s Gaithersburg Hauling, servicing the Washington, D.C. area. Arnold was recently recognized on both Fortune.com and in People Magazine for what you might call his hobby: community service. In 2007, after seeing the continuing
